@youngvulgarian.marieleconte.com there are now seven people all desperate to know where we can get the jerk burrito! Please let us know! ππ
It is because yesterday I was in meetings all day and today I had the opportunity for a lunchtime walk.
As well as being world book day, where children dress as characters, it was world random dress day, where you see adults dressed in everything from overcoats to shorts and sleeveless vests.
I got married in France and, being totally honest, I have no idea what I said, agreed to or what vows were made. However, I think obeying is very silly.
Toss up between The Married Man (middle class) and The Roller for me.
In many cases a fair comment.
I blame net zero.
I will never be in a position where I have to order any form of military action, but were I do so I might think what do I want to bomb and why would be the first thought. Whatever Trump wants and because he says so is not a great answer.
But the main justifications from the usual suspects seem to be based on βsupporting our alliesβ. Seemingly oblivious that allies have hardly been good friends in recent times, and blind support for anyone is never a great idea.
I am tempted to respond βdeath (really does) mean deathββ¦.
Starmer out!!!!
The mental gymnastics some people must go throughβ¦
If I find myself in the unfortunate situation of being trapped in a war zone, and the British government arranges a return flight, I promise I wonβt immediately walk up to a news crew on landing and complain that boarding was βa bit of a shamblesβ.
Blaming a drop in healthy life expectancy since 2020 exclusively on the 2010 government is rather daft.
Not in any way a defence of austerity, but the simple fact the graph shows a stable line until 2020, followed by a dip, should raise an immediate thought.
The figures do require scrutiny - in my view we focus far too much on overall life expectancy when healthy life is more important - but /2
This is a classic Guardian article that identifies a complex and multi-faceted issue yet applies a simple binary cause - the austerity policies of the Cameron government - rather than giving the issue any deeper thought. /1
I know it is the Mail etc etc, but what exactly are MPs supposed to do while a conflict that the UK does not want and is barely involved in rumbles on?

In decades to come, hundreds of historians will pore over documents from March 2026 desperately searching for, yet consistently failing to find, the tiniest clue as to what in the living fuck was going on.
But he also swapped all the CDs to different cases..,
Now come on!
I donβt like putting down another lawyerβs judgment, but his strategy has resulted in Labour going from a landslide to (in some polls) fifth place in a little over 18 months.
I would hate to see one of the worst strategists in the world.
@katebevan.com about time we had another travel program presented by a white male. At least four days since the last one.
Where? I want one!!
If human has mini eggs at treats Parkin must have treats!
Yes!
Your costume should be Mr Grumpy!
In my 40s I lost half my body weight.
Elucidate.
Yesterdayβs PMQs was disgraceful due to the seriousness of the situation.
The βyou are not spending enough while simultaneously spending too muchβ nonsense is fine, albeit trite, at times. Not when it involves war and death.
This.
