1) /kwju:/ is not an intuitive pronunciation of "QwQ" at all, for speakers of any language
2) /kwju:/ is at best rather awkward to pronounce for both English & Mandarin speakers
3) "quill" is pronounced /kwɪl̴/ which doesn't really sound that much like /kwju:/ (they probably thought it was /kwil̴/)
it brings my heart great joy to see anyone (and esp ppl in my field of AI) using IPA to explain pronunciation, but........
