OWP is a quarterly magazine of new poetry “with strangeness and charm” founded in 1995. Email: owpeditors@outlook.com Facebook: https://tinyurl.com/y2g8p2gb OWP appears in August, November, February and May.
Thanks - but no sorrow is required.
Resurgence of a smoldering old artistic agenda has gradually made itself felt again and may yet be the salvation of my sanity.
Not complaining or moaning - just sharing:
It’s not easy to find the motivation to even get out of bed each day when a long-term loved wife is no longer here, even though I am lucky enough to have a local authority bungalow I can afford on my pension(s), plus a lovely companionable cat.
This morning the early clouds were pink above heavy frost, so a shepherd or a sailor would have predicted rain later. So far, no rain or snow here.
A lovely pair of photos. Your question belongs in a different realm: there is only this one everlasting present moment - and yet we can visit the past in memory, can imagine the future and visit another time & place in dreams.
I started this account as an alternative place for posts about our poetry magazine “Obsessed with Pipework” (OWP).
Being a technoklutz, I managed by mistake to give it the look, at least in part, of a personal personal bloggy thing.
So expect some of my & Penny’s thoughts about non - OWP stuff.
This is our November cover, featuring a photo by co-editor Penny Sharman.
Hi, Penny,
Thanks for turning me on to Blue Sky.
