If you read my reporting, you will understand these complexities better.

That is a very reductive take that flattens a complex case. The trial called into question the affirmative model. The psychologist was lambasted for not questioning the girl’s suffer gender identity and her fervent desire for a mastectomy, for not exploring those issues with her more deeply.

Harvard Law School clinical instructor and trans activist Alejandra Caraballo corrects herself and calls me a mean name.

But she neglects to note this article from 2025, written by a trans woman:
