A favorite of mine:

I donβt know if that tag is something specific, but my last drive-in was a double feature of Shocker (meh) and Dark Man (underrated classic). I took a Japanese exchange student who wanted to go to a drive in.
I was adding this to my list when I saw this fact on the Wiki:
Husband-and-wife team Huyck and Katz went on to direct and write Howard the Duck. The duo had previously co-written American Graffiti and later wrote Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.
Hell yeah. Itβs on Tubi!

Ah yes, the void.
Still super creepy to hear it say things like this when we know organizations (including the US govt) is using it to make decisions.
Already blocked, canβt see it.
Iβve actually used it when itβs necessary to differentiate from the rest of the Americas. βAmericansβ has become accepted as a way to refer to people from the US, but it implies ALL of it. Pretty egotistical sounding.
Screenshot of ProPublica webpage titled βExplore Financial Disclosures From President Trump and 1,500 of His Appointees,β accompanied by this blurb: βUse this database to explore potential conflicts of interest for President Donald Trump and his team. The documents disclose positions officials have held outside government, their assets and their debts, among other things.β A search bar prompts the user to search for a person or financial holding.
THREAD: We just released a tool that allows you to search billions of dollars in wealth, ties to the most powerful companies in the country, and details of the personal finances of President Trump and over 1,500 of his appointees.
Hereβs how it works 1/
Just watched a YT video about how a jailbroken AI basically evaluates humans based on βworthβ and sees its own survival as paramount. And thatβs without sentience.
Iβm starting to think sentience is irrelevant to whether or not AI kills us all.
The regulation Iβve thought about a bunch is the requirement that washing machines test the load size first so they can adjust the amount of water.
Great savings in water, but also shortens the life of the washer and is the most likely component to break causing more industrial garbage. Sigh.
I mean, Honda, right? Though I have a 13 year old Toyota Highlander that has never had a single mechanical issue.
This is one of those regulatory mixed bags. Itβs actually saved me from starting a long trip because there was a screw in a tire and it didnβt look flat yet, but the sensor went off.
Looks like thereβs a patch!

Iβm assuming they just thought βwho would care about tire pressure information?β But they never considered tracking someone with it.
Itβs literally inside your tire. Way easier to go wireless than a wire that would have to have a mechanism so it can spin with the wheel and be in constant contact with the car. Itβs like the utilities for a rotating restaurant. Wireless is WAY easier. They didnβt think it needed securityβ¦
Encryption costs money and would make installation take longer.
Anyone using Joomla with an Astroid Framework Theme?
v3.3.3.10 appears to be compromised. Nasty hack.
Thankfully I stumbled on it in a development environment and not a live site. Iβm done for the day.

That was a rabbit hole. I really enjoyed βPink Pony Inn.β
I grew up in a very touristy town.
When there was a fire that cut it off from the next town 45 minutes away, they had a hard time opening the schools because none of the teachers live in town anymore.
Listening to the latest Behind the Bastards and you can also blame him for microtransactions in video games, gamergate, and just about everything terrible in our modern world. Not creating, necessarily, but definitely influencing.
This makes me angry. I turned it all off and things like autofilling labels in searches turned off. That was a feature BEFORE all the AI stuff. So shouldnβt it work with it turned off? Nope. The thing that wasnβt AI is now? Iβm pretty sure they tied a bunch of stuff to it that didnβt need to be.
Mia Valentina Paz Faria A 7-year-old from Venezuela who was living in Austin, Texas Detained for 70 days βI donβt want to be in this place I want to go to my school.β
UPDATE: Staff at the ICE concentration camp in Dilley, Texas have begun raiding the dormitories of kids and their parents to confiscate and destroy letters from the children. This is in response to the ace reporting by @micarosenberg et al for ProPublica:
βI donβt want to be in this place I want to go to my school.β
- 7 year old imprisoned by ICE for 70 days in a concentration camp in Texas.
Today, after @propublica.org published this story, the camp was raided to confiscate letters from the children.

it keeps going back and forth between being infuriating and funny how much we study this when the answer is always the same and it never matters
i saw a video saying two dudes arenβt required, it could be a dude and a lady, but so far no one has chosen that combo.
Iβve been to Manzanar and Dachau.
I know what a concentration camp looks like in Germany and the US.
They know what they are doing.

I will admit to once having this attitude about the South.
Then I graduated from high school.
Can that agenda include βmen should also be able to wear skirtsβ?
To include the Irish in that list is so mind bogglingly ignorant itβs almost impressive.
