Unfortunately doubt we ever will get a disable switch.
Unless they kill it off completely. I would be good with either.

Depicted is one of the rescue vehicles of the Charity Organisation, and it seems that two unusually large critters have sneaked inside.
EF29's official charity, the Hamburger Tierschutzverein von 1841 e.V., has posted an article, sharing their experience from this year's EF!

The picture shows both members of EF and members of the Hamburger Tierschutzverein posing with this year's very large charity check.
We are happy to announce that together we raised 51.081,88β¬ for the Hamburger Tierschutzverein von 1841 e. V.
These donations will support their continued work of ensuring all rescued animals have a safe and warm space available to them.
We are incredibly thankful for everyone's contribution!

The golden age of streaming certainly is in the past.
How much talk is there on Radio Sunshine? And do you know if it is possible to find the name of the track afterwards?
Before COVID I actually listened a lot to radio, talking content though. Analysis of events in the world or politics. Super enthusiastic people talking about something in the nature.
Then everything became depressing, and music took its place. Or audiobooks as of late.
I am considering Tidal. Most prominent issue is that there is no first-party Linux client. There is the web client, but I am using Firefox, and they do not support PWA. Third-party clients is always a gamble how trustworthy and updated they are.
Argh!
Since you insist on allowing it on the platform, give me an easy way to detect it without having to waste my time listening to it. Even simpler, replicate how the explicit flagging works.
I don't mind paying for my music streaming, but I am tired of paying for getting fed slop.
"Oh, must be all the electronic music you listen to" actually, no. It is almost exclusively rock/metal/folk sounding songs. And typically Norse, American/Christian, or Warhammer, themed in some way.
I am so tired of it.
Fucking hell. I like going through the Release Radar list on Spotify each week, but with the rise of AI generated music, it is a terrible experience. Out of the 30 songs on the list, 10 was either for certain or with high likelihood AI generated.

You don't need to worry about it, they are well aware of what is expected of them - and does a good job :)

With this being a realistic recreation of the movie, I look forward to 2 and 3. There are a few scenes I really want to see.
Did the movie (and possibly, series) need to be remade? Eh, probably not. But this one didn't fuck it up, so finger's crossed for the next.
I really liked the original, so I am not disappointed. The animation is well done and true to the original. The very few changes makes it fit better in the "realistic" setting. The tweaks are mostly half a sentence added for clarity.
How To Train Your Dragon (2025) is almost identical to How To Train Your Dragon (2010).scene by scene, frame by frame, line by line. There were very few tweaks.
Do you want something different? You will be disappointed. It is the exact same movie, full stop.
Hell yes! It is allowed to have "negative" emotions, to be angry or disappointed. It does you no good to hide them away constantly, it only tears you apart from the inside.
I have some truly fat, juicy spiders in and around my house at the moment. They must be well fed.
The one in the shed, I am sure will give an audible crunch if crushed. And its web is dense enough to hold quite (relative) large pools of water. It is somewhat fascinating to look at.
Having a tool like reflection, is very powerful - too powerful for many use cases, but needed in some. If you know when and where it is okay to break the "rules", use it. Solve the problem, and move on to the next challenge.
I am the worst programmer, I want to do all the "illegal" things.
(Ab)use functionality where it is not intended? Yes.
Use reflection? Hell yes.
I have way too much fun doing it in an efficient and elegant way (so it stays maintainable).
Sometimes wonder if I get too provocative at work. That I play too much leader, without being it.
Even if I find the opposite decision to be dumb and counterproductive, maybe I should tone it down a nudge xD

I sometimes wonder how it would be to have a 8-16 job, which isn't a constant struggle to find solutions and prevent dumb decisions.
I would probably be super bored after a short while xD
We live in interesting times.
I think that is the most objective way to put it...
