They're all at various levels of monopoly so it's not like there's real competition anymore so it's all about the STOCKHOLDERS.

I had to call three different companies just now that use that stupid shit. I knew when I called the A.I. wasn't going to be any help so instead of these being 3 to 5 minute phone calls they were 12 to 20 minute calls...
