It has been a week since the re-release of Pokémon Fire Red & Leaf Green. I haven't found shiny Charmander just yet, but I am way ahead of schedule (3,900 resets), so I am very hopeful I will find them before the end of the month.

PHASE 1. I haven't played any games for over a week, but tonight I decided to give it another go. On the 18th encounter, I found my first shiny of the hunt, a Poliwhirl - the first of many, I think. (photos below)
