feeling the desire to leave more social media, even with as little of a presence it has in my life atm...

the goal is to just have a neocities art gallery i update every so often, and chat with friends using something else. there's just too much going on and everywhere wants too much information

thinking about doing a crowdfunded "i want to draw crayon art of every pokemon" project soon... not on any big platforms for that but probably ko-fi funding instead 🤔

i really, really want to draw them all in a silly way, and maybe make little books or posters out of it per gen :>

i forgot to say here but this is for comics! volume 1 of random text-only series would be way more intense, and takes way longer, haha (and my list is already super long for that)

i did a thing where i asked people to rec a series and i just put vol.1 on my read list no questions asked (from the library!). it's been great for variety cause i only heard of 2/30, and found a few i'll continue! might be fun if you find yourself wanting to read but needing stuff to read sometime

my family's livelihood was cars while i was growing up, i know some cars in and out, i understand a lot about them and can drive well since i got my license as a teen, my current income relies on car....and i still wish i didn't have to drive and we didn't have all these gotdam cars everywhere 🤝

Watercolor for sure! Very very rare to find coloring books that fill that niche, marker friendly is easier to come by or at least finagle with plain paper

Libraries here often have ebook versions of manga published in the USA, i'd try them out cause that's how I read a ton of manga. They usually are available via app or on desktop

haven't needed to step back, been villainized by those same kinds of people and had them leave me dramatically while trying to burn me and mine in the process. all i can say is, seeya! :^D i'll be enjoying fictional characters doing Evil things over here

i have yet to read the manga (just anime) but be assured that the series is made by someone deeply passionate about vampires, and weaponizes vampire trivia to make fun of them (they got obscure vamp myths from my own cultural heritage!!! bosnia of all places!!! vampire watermelons!!)

Might I recommend "The Vampire Dies in No Time," my favorite piece of vampire media (which also makes fun of them)

I enrolled in school for a teaching certificate, so commissions are officially open again to help fund it!

Examples of my work are on Ko-Fi, as well as a tier for "Pay What You Want" pieces where I get wacky with the subject matter, and rate determines time spent.
