You’ve really got something hellish when Michelle Yeoh can’t save your film.

A screenshot of a tweet that says: Your art will betray you. It will look better in your head than on paper. It will make you feel untalented some days. Love it anyway. Because one day, it will also surprise you, fulfill you, and remind you why you started.
Throwback to something worth repeating.
This is a real exciting story, and the culmination of over two years of work. I’m stupidly proud of it. If you like anything I do, take a look at Disparate Minds. As we go closer to the finale, now is certainly the time.
It’s not even like it’s a Lungbarrow either, like that’s one of the novelizations with the most reprints. The 50th edition, the Barnes and Noble special edition, etc. bizarre.
The execs over at Paramount really seems to think that Star Trek fans are tired of Star Trek
We're still trying to get this met. This has been a rough year, and if we can get this sorted, it'll be a huge relief and allow us to rebuild from here. If you can help or share, please do.
Thank you to Shay (@shayprod.bsky.social) for giving the game's key moments an incredible musical lift as the composer. Those beats would be nothing without that excellent original score, and I can't wait to work with Shay again on future projects. Commission them now!
They’d probably recast Bette Midler cow. Is nothing sacred?

Yellow smokey rips, like light through the trees, run across black. On the black is faint, partially redacted text, and in the yellow rips is a glimpse of a street. This artwork has “Disparate Minds” written in white at the top, and “This Is The Intent Or, The Monkey Way” at the bottom.
A photo edit of lightning illuminating a dream-like forest.
A digital illustration of brightly coloured hands hands rising from purple waves, reaching towards falling pieces of blue paper. The hands are webbed, and some grasp leaflets, scrolls, or paper airplanes
Wow, is it that time again already? Another couple of months, another few stories for you all to enjoy!

I don’t know much about #JennyEverywhereDay but it felt wrong not to get into the fun. Here’s three (horrific) comics celebrating the Shifter’s birthday or something, I don’t know. I’m here all week.

Posting bullshit to distract me from the terror
With the recent success of Andor, I'm getting more questions than usual about how to land a job writing Star Wars books, so let's do the yearly How to Write IP thread, shall we? Firstly, IP means Intellectual Property-- that's shows, movies, plays, even books, any world owned by someone else. 1/
Basil Fawlty with concussion is better at this.
My feed’s pretty much all them but there’s also a post about Rear Window, so little blessings, I suppose.
The illustration for "With Love and Rage". A painting of a spired city in the distance, with an orange path leading between it and a hill, at the top of which two grey-robed figures stand, the one on the left looking at the city through a telescope. There are several other hills in the distance, and a bright blue sea is intruding at the edges of the page.
A white boat with its mainsail rolled up sits on the sea, seen through fog. Black text reads “Disparate Minds” and “Atoll”.
The illustration for "The Court of King Max". A young girl in a red hoodie with blonde hair looks up at a glowing crown, floating above her head. Behind her is a blue sky and some green vegetation.
The Cheshire House is excited to share three new stories from across our ranges; new stories from Zadellin, Disparate Minds, and The Interstellar Sleuth!
