Aw, Becky, thank you!
Congratulations and Iβm sorry for my delay seeing this! Would you like me to re-send my feedback from last year, or do you want me to look at a revised version?
Daniele is a white woman with large glasses, smiling in a plaid dress. The image of her headshot announces that she has donated a virtual, one-hour Ask Me Anything session to the Book Lovers for Liberation auction benefiting Minnesota communities and immigrant rights. End alt text.
While Iβm still closed to general queries as I catch up and evaluate my bandwidth, Iβm doing my best this year to work with more conferences & donate more to auctions I believe in. One of those is open now via Book Lovers for Liberation, Iβve given two hourlong AMA Zooms! url-shortener.me/D5DD

Ooh, perfect! Thanks, Alex! :)
Do I have any editors following me here who are knitters? @christaheschke.bsky.social and I are about to go out with a queer YA rom-com thatβs knitting centric! Let me know if youβd like to see it. ππ§Ά
Happy #kidlitartpostcard Day!
I'm Stacey & Iβm always on the lookout for colourful, magical & sweet #pb projects!

Hey, can we talk about JOY?
Join your local progressive groups, y'all!
Working with neighbors to help us all can be one of the most joyful things in everyday life. Every time I join anything, I see these kinds of smiles.
Here's a 𧡠of photos to inspire you.

So sorry about that! I messaged you. :)
Absolutely! :) DM me and Iβll give you my email address to send me your files for critique.
Everyone give a welcome and follow to my lovely boss! :)
I still have 3 as of now! Thank you so much for doing this. :)
Absolutely, thatβs so kind! We can also do an AMA for general writing/publishing advice if youβd rather.
Update! I have 3 slots left. I also had someone reach out who needs directed donations for food. So if youβre interested, please message me and Iβll tell you where to donate, then weβll set up a critique or AMA. :)
If you're looking for ways to support folks in the Deep South losing their SNAP benefits you can join YHF in funding groceries for local communities using this link:
action.yellowhammerfund.org/a/donate-to-...
If you have a PayPal, Venmo, etc. for donations, you can send it to me and Iβll share it widely, and ask friends/clients with larger followings to do so as well. If I get another writer interested in my services, Iβll also ask them to specifically donate to you before sending me files for critique!
To answer some qβs Iβve gotten:
-No threshold on how much you donate! I know everyone has different budgetary constraints; I do, too. Just do what you can.
-Happy to take any age/gebre, but I work on YA, MG, PBs, & select adult contemporary & romance; my critiques are likely most valuable there!
Iβm also open to setting up a couple AMA Zooms if thereβs interest!
I canβt do much, but taking care of each other is vital, especially now. So I want to do what I can.
Feel free to pass this offer on, share on other platforms, etc.!
If I have the capacity, Iβll offer a few more of these in the near future, too.
Writers! Iβll critique a query letter and first page for 5 people in exchange for a donation to a food bank, local restaurant with a free-meal program, program collecting funds for people in need of food, etc.
If you need food, or know someone who does, DM me or comment below.

Vote like hell, New York.
Any math and creative wizards out there who can show us how much water Adobe Max used during its AI-propoganda keynote yesterday? I'd be curious.
Awww, thanks, Erica! ππ³οΈβπ

I have the best husband!!!!
