History, we used to say, will demand to know why we didn’t hang Trump.

Trump has suborned espionage against the United States by Russia, but while that was treachery, it wasn’t Treason. He’s about to cross that line now.

He already crossed the line in Minnesota, making it a military “theater” without even the pretext of pretending to suppress an insurrection.

I’m not crazy about reductive statements that dismiss the constellation of nefarious interests manipulating the person occupying our White House.

It reminds me of how people said Bush invaded Iraq because he wanted to get revenge for his father.

…one thing he clearly should have done in retrospect was release all the Epstein files and make the DOJ prosecute everyone involved. It disturbs me that no one was inclined to do this. There was no excuse after Epstein was suicided. The circumstantial evidence that Trump had him killed demanded it.
