See you both there!
Have to confess I stole it myself from Brian T O'Neill - very good in the podcast below on making insight genuinely useful and usable. We've recently hired two interaction designers to our analytics interfaces team to help with all this.

Not across the details for the Performance Platform specifically but in general with data it's not just trust but that we don't make things easily usable for people. A dashboard is a tax, not a feature - can we get the insight baked into workflows so people can use data seamlessly and in context?
Looking forward to attending Big Data LDN (Weds) and Public Service Data Live this week - ping me if you'll also be there and fancy meeting up for a chat.
Particular interests: applying product approach to analytics (esp. dashboards), and influencing for product/service design in the public sector.
Late on this but if you add '&udm=14' to the end of your search string you can get a much more old-fashioned version of search. You can set your address bar search to use this by default by adding this as a custom search engine: 'https://www.google.com/search?q=%s&udm=14'.

New here too - think I'd meet the criteria to be added if ok?
Ooo I'm in!
Also interested in this as I'll be 'inherited' for the first time in a month or so. Good opportunity to consider our current practice and to think about what I'd want if I was coming in.
