We filed an amended complaint w/2 additional claims:

1) The govt is targeting ppl because of their race or ethnicity - full stop.
2) These encounters aren’t polite, consensual conversations as Kavanaugh seems to believe. They’re coercive, and often brutal, & they go far beyond what the law allows.

TLDR: The federal government can't avoid the Constitution. The right to due process and equal protection under the law cannot be denied to immigrants in SoCal. We will continue to fight in court!🙌
