Looks like some descriptions of a valravn.
After reading a thing about Batman having only Alfred to watch over him and not a dedicate cook, I had a weird thought. What if Bruce Wayne hired Molly Grue from the Last Unicorn and she and Alfred teamed up to make him (and the Batfam) survive with a mix of manners and care and tough love?
The dice had three 1s, but the total was 69.
Me: "Nice. Did the party get his HP down below 69?"
The DM: "... yes."
Me: "NIIIIIICE! And stay down!"
So we tied him up & gagged him & took his time control staff.
Apparently he still had a 9th lvl time stop he had planned to use to escape, so yay me!
I had not used my level 6 slot yet (Mass Suggestion wasn't going to be helpful), & my synaptic static and phantasmal killer and polymorph and dissonant whispers suffered from poor dice rolls. Then I saw potential among my first level spells, cast it using the 6th level slot: Sleep.
I rolled 15d8. 2/
In D&D, we were slowly fighting a mage who was using powerful time magic. My nb changeling bard was counterspelling, the arcana cleric was flinging spells, the barbarian was raging, the npcs were helping, and then the evil mage put up a wall of force. The barbarian & cleric were thwarted. 1/

In D&D tonight, my changeling lore bard (who specializes in disguise and transformation magic to enhance their natural abilities) was confronted with a candle touched by transmutation magic that couldn't be moved/extinguished. They polymorphed into a camel to try and spit on it. Sadly didn't work.
From DC, a stranger sees how big Bane is and says
…
GUY: Can I ask what you lift?
BANE: Costumed detectives, mostly.
... party member then is animated to fight the rest of the party (the player rolling for the animated statue version of themselves).
... has made a lot of noise. When peeking through a keyhole in the royal suite, the peeker turns to stone. Turns out the veiled queen is a gorgon/medusa who animates the statues she creates, and uses illusions to make some (like the king) appear human and enact her will on the land. The petrified...
Adventuring party is making their way through a castle to find the veiled queen, a mysterious figure who has seemingly entranced the king. They are peeking through unusually large keyholes in the doorway and have faced a number of animated statues guarding the palace, but fighting those statues...
A number of cockatrices show up in roleplaying games: It is a minor disturbance handled by city guards or basic adventurers. 2/2
One cockatrice shows up in legend: Villagers flee for their lives, the countryside is blighted, rocks crack, entire ecosystems go extinct, knights die when their poison travels up the weapons and kills their attacker. Only clever uses of mirrors, weasels, & roosters can kill them. 1/2
The monkey eats spinach and grows more muscular. The rabbit maybe has a backwards ball cap put on his head and turns into a muscle jock frat bro? Your self gets daddified.
Idea: Cole Sear, Matilda Wormwood, Charlie McGee, and Danny Torrance team up.
So, whose idea was it to make the kir-lanan from despising all gods to following Shar? That was a choice.
I'm on the fence whether she's better than Rachel/Phoenix II/Askani/Marvel Girl, the Stepford Cuckoos, and Penance/M, though. I need to read more of their adventures.
Ok, I admit it. As far as X-Psychics go, Phoenix is my favorite, but the White Queen (I don't accept "Emma" as a codename) is better than Xavier, better than both Psylockes, Kid Omega (though adult Quentin was cool).
... now that I think about it, parents naming one child "Micah" and another "Castaspella" is a little weird. #SheRa
... especially when there was some not good stuff going on regarding the treatment of the actors and stuff. 2/2
It seems weird that not only was Austin St. John not a very muscular star of gay porn, but that Skylar Deleon was an uncredited bit role in Power Rangers and yet people online associated him as one of the stars. Strange that people make weird accusations about the Power Rangers... 1/2
Given Ramadan, I am reminded of Samirah al-Abbas sailing to Nifleheim while fasting and how Magnus gave her props for it during his flyting with Loki and how the frost giants winced in sympathy and admiration.
It has gotten so bad that when I see a movie poster with either Anya Taylor-Joy or Disney's Gargoyles I assume it must be AI.
Both is a complete certainty.
I am eager to see what X-men '97 does this summer.
Still, I feel like it should be X-men '98.
And I feel like Destiny and Shadowcat being largely absent from stuff like Days of Future Past and the main plot of the Animated Series except for glimpses will make reaching Krakoa in a few seasons tricky
Mitsukuni "Honey" Haninozuka of Ouran High School Host Club is an Omega level mutant. I will not be taking questions at this time.
Stuff that doesn't feel true but is: Jubilee made her first appearance before Gambit did.
I don't mind Beast as a villain (honestly, after reading his early appearances, he's a whiny brat BEFORE he turns furry), but I am totally confused as to which he is: AoA Beast lingered too long in our world, then there's Krakoan Beast, X-men the End Beast, etc. He also gets more leeway than Angel.
I dunno, as far as having three amazing muslim lady mutant characters, I think M/Penance, Ms. Marvel, and Dust should team up.
The fact that the X-men movies had Gyrich be killed and replaced by Mystique before appearing on-screen really doesn't do justice to how obnoxiously persistently difficult that man is.
