It's 10:30 am now. I've been up since 5 am.
And I just spent the whole morning redoing the line art of the map for Sanguine Scenario, because I didn't like the original. My arm is about to fall off, but it was well worth the effort. And unless I find something else to fix, the map is done!

I remember it and miss it!
Such a great show.
I even bought the series from ebay, but 2 out of 3 discs were damaged and wouldn't play. 😭

It's true that I rarely stray from doing fantasy and sci-fi art, but every now and then, I like to try something else. With "Trouble Brewing" I was hoping to get the feel of an old movie or a photograph. Did I succeed?

I wrote Reva when I was in my 20s. I wanted Reva to be the kind of person who broke all the rules, especially social conventions aimed at young women. Reva is angry, proud, and skilled. She refuses to believe that she can't accomplish her goals, no matter how impossible they may seem to others. Women's Day. There's definitely a learning curve to 3d software (especially Blender, since it's so versatile). I still feel like a beginner, and I can't make my own models or textures yet.

I use Daz Studio for rendering, so I mostly shop through their website, but there's also Renderosity, CG Trader, and a lot of places that sell stuff for Blender 3D, if this is the software you use. Unity has its own market too, I think.

Books in Shadows of Eireland series by Joanna Maciejewska and text: It also provided an escape from the small talk during which I’d have to steer clear from any sensitive subject: the war, the mythborn, the Court… so, pretty much anything, unless we wanted to discuss the weather at lengths it most certainly didn’t deserve.

It seems that you might survive a magical cataclysm, survive a war with otherworldly species, and even survive Irish weather, but small talk is till a problem, especially when you're supposed to have a pleasant conversation with your former enemy…
