At the same time, Claudia Chender claims the NDP "don't have access to the books." The truth is they had the budget, direct access to the ministers, the department officials, and hours to ask questions - and they chose not to. Governing means making tough decisions. Nova Scotians deserve to know: what would the NDP cut, or what taxes would they raise?
