Every time I ask 'Americans how are you doing', for some reason my replies fill up with uncontrollable sobbing.
For whatever it's worth, I've actually spoken to Diana before, and I have no doubt she is who she says she is and that her situation is very real and very dire. She's been dealing with an impossible situation with a level of equanimity I can't even imagine.
I did an interview with the BBC's book club a few weeks back, which will air on June 7th. They've been releasing clips like this one... and I just realized I meant "antihero," not "deuteragonist." ::sobbing:: I hadn't had enough coffee that day! It's not my fault!

There used to be a small press run by nice, well-meaning progressives called Lazy Fascist Press. It was an in-joke that came across very poorly to anyone who didn't know them.
'Eye of Argon' may be legendarily bad, but even it does not contain such a sterling sentence as 'she saw bits of gore as his throat fell from his neck'. For all its badness, it... almost has character? 'Prepare to embrace your creators in the stygian haunts of hell, barbarian' is so bad it's good.
