I think it’s pretty safe to say trump telegraphed how his presidency would go when speaking about women during the campaign. Remember him saying “Whether they like it or not” when speaking about women’s issues? That pretty much goes for everything he’s done.

I work with the CDFI community every day through a valuable and important microbusinesses loan program running in Arizona. Today a colleague shared that for every $1 invested in microbusiness loans, there’s an $8 return in the form of biz growth, community development and positive economic impact.

•Said he’d let El Salvador imprison US Citizens

If you still don’t see this fascism for what it is you’re complicit.

There has never been a better time to go out of your way to make an extra effort to shop at family-owned small businesses buying local products whenever possible, avoiding chains, online behemoths, and big corporations whenever you are able.

If you want to read a new book coming out but don't want to buy it, a great thing you can do is ask your local library to order it. The more requests they get, the more likely they are to acquire it and then lots of people will get to read it who othewise wouldn't.

Just something so on-brand that a bible was just being used as a prop and had no actual purpose in this situation

The birthright citizenship portion of the US Constitution is totally, inarguably unambiguous. No wiggle room. If the supreme court agrees to throw it out they are explicitly throwing out the entire document and our entire system of government.
