day 10 of intermittent fasting, no sugar/soda
I'll get hot this time, I feel it in my bones
the goal is to reach circa 155/160lbs before I turn 30;
that's about 6lbs per month, seems doable
small steps toward bigger goal - day 5 of eating no sweets/snacks and intermittent fasting
