Sick convoy too, I hope you're all homies ๐คฃ
And I mean this as a huge compliment, it really reminds me of certain parts of Western Scotland

I'm sick of these food trends. Nobody wants your pistachio puke chocolate put in everything FUCK OFF
Yeah you have to view it as Danny Boyle flanderizing his own style for a giggle and switch your mind away from taking any of it seriously.
You can't really rank it on the same scale as his serious work
I don't think there's a single believable character in Snatch tbh ๐คฃ and the plot is so hilariously convoluted it's farcical.
But that's the magic touch really - the "film" doesn't really matter anymore and it becomes a series of loosely connected vignettes. Much like The Big Lebowski, really.
We 100% had that best of M people tape in the family car back in the 90s
He can have 12 volts again, as a treat
Lock Stock often gets outshined by Snatch but it's SO fucking good
Snatch just found a way to make it funnier and still just as Boyle-ey
JRPG Vs Western RPG - noise rock edition
Not really too psychedelic or dancey but certainly weird shit
Like if Sunn O))) linked up with a post hardcore vocalist and a black metal drummer to make 20 minutes of noise per track
I remember buying this album from HMV back in 2008 which immediately sprang to mind when I saw the genre lol
Cousin Avi in Snatch summarised English beaches best with "who the fuck wants to see them?" ๐คฃ
Yeah but move a quarter mile in any direction and it's probably crystalline and beautiful ๐คฃ ALL our sea is that colour here!
True, and mine is a distinctly UK perspective where we don't have the same big car culture to latch on to. It makes sense in the US.
It seems like we are simply towing the profitability line that the manufacturers are setting out as our hatchbacks and estates are slowly deleted from lineups.
Paying a 5-10k premium over the equivalent estate car just to "sit higher" always just seemed like a false economy thrust on people that only looked at the monthly payment amount to me.
But the market dictates that I'm extremely wrong ๐คทโโ๏ธ
I haven't seen my lower face since 2013 so I definitely relate! I dread to think how pale it is under there
Not to worry, pal - it always comes back after you're done. It's not goodbye!
Hmm. Did Freelanders have a dropping rear glass or have I made that up in my head?

Seems like a great one to start with - so much visibility and a flat bottom for parking! Very best of luck to him, with the passion he's shown I'm sure he'll be great on the road
Has Mini Hubnut taken him for a spin on L plates as of yet?
Those wheels fucking RULE
I always loved the clearly filled-in rear vertical cluster spots on these. I presume it was spare wheel location that meant they had to move?
