I haven't tried Audition but I'll keep it in mind. I build my playlists in iTunes but can easily drag the cuts into Amadeus. They stay as discrete cuts played in sequence until I export the MP3.
If you're a Mac user Amadeus has some good features for radio hosts. I have used Audacity but Amadeus works better for me.
