I still remember those days. A backlog with 200 issues that never ever will be fixed. And to make things worse, allot of time they are subject for discussion. Just delete them ;)

In Rotterdam they say ‘Niet lullen maar poetsen’. If it is important, stop talking about it and just fix it haha

Zero-bug policy is a bad name. It is not about zero-bugs in the product but zero-bugs on the ‘backlog’

When something is found, it is either fixed or disposed. The idea is that if a bug is not that important to fix in reasonable time it is not important

Maximizing the work not done

While I don’t think it is a good idea that is described in the post, I really like ditching sprints

If it is working for them and improving them, why do you want to react?

If they are removing the biggest bottleneck constantly (theory of constraints) it is awesome, right even when suboptimal!?

I am really getting the old twitter vibes here. Great people, lots of info and passion. I haven’t seen any bots, hookers and ‘domrechts’ here.

Awesome!
