Fantastic! Northern waters cod is super chunky and flaky!
You can make it also with small bony fish and then sieve / strain it, for extra flavour. Th more bones / heads etc the better!
If you like, tell us what fish were available to you in Sweden which you used in the soup stock.

Πραγματικά θλιβερό, ειδικά στην επαρχία που το βλέπω όταν έρχομαι Ελλάδα, κάνει μπαμ με άλλο μάτι - και δεν τολμώ να πω κάτι γιατί αν πω (τη γνώμη μου ρε διάολε!) τα ακούω ότι εγώ που ζω έξω "τα ξέρω όλα και δεν θα μας πεις εσύ… - συμπλήρωσε ελεύθερα ό,τι θέμα θέλεις.
Ζούμε σε μια χώρα με τρομερά κόμπλεξ, ταμπού και μιζέρια που βγαίνει και συνεχίζει να βγαίνει στο dna μας χωρίς ίχνος ουσιώδους προόδου.
