Yup. My employer switched back to Cigna this year (prior 2 years Aetna, 2 years before that BCBS, before that Cigna) & I worked to get my specialty meds thru ACCREDO pre-auth's in December. First delivery late January. Sent PAPER FORMS to sign and fill out, despite them having all info on file.

I'm not telling people to SYMPATHIZE with troops doing the bidding of fascists, or morally absolve them.
But I am suggesting that at this stage it is deeply UNWISE to discard the lessons of Vietnam protest and publicly aim ire at lowest level troops.
At the same time, we need to recognize that the whole system is set up to lure economically vulnerable people into enlistment and trap them there.
These are hard-won lessons of previous iterations of anti-war movement.
Protest the recruiters, not the already-recruited.
