The way I see it: the Trump Administration gave full license to ICE to act with impunity. And then covered up two ICE murders conducted as a result of such impunity.

The video footage appears to show that the gun was taken away from the man before he was shot.
He was UNARMED before any of the shots were fired.
ICE is now responsible for 66% of the homicides in Minneapolis this year.
Just a reminder that nobody should believe anything ICE or the DOJ says. They have lied and smeared again and again. Every statement they make should be treated as suspect at a minimum.
That is very dislocating for media, and for the general public.
