Does it introduce something interesting to the world that I can continue to expand on like playing VOID 1680 AM to create an in-fiction radio show that can cross over into other games and stories? If you want to build out your world in a way that feels organic, collaborative, and full of depth I highly recommend exploring that setting in more games."

I had so much fun making content there, met so many wonderful people, and had so many incredible opportunities as a result of that time of my life. I also can't let those good times continue to cast rose-colored light over what's happening now.

I'm not in the content creation scene anymore, so I know my voice isn't that much of a swaying point, but I would really urge you to take a look at your values and how you can exemplify and represent them - to me, that means that I'm done using a platform like TikTok, full stop.

TikTok has a history of censoring voices that deserve to be heard - large scale like the genocide in Gaza, the events ongoing in Minneapolis, and also smaller scale like suppressing POC and Queer accounts. You deserve better than to be spoon-fed only the content that execs see fit for consumption.

I haven't been active on TikTok for two years now, but I'm downloading all my stuff and then deleting my account, and I'd really recommend my moots do as well. An inactive account is still a number, still data, and I'm tired of companies exploiting us and our labor for their gain.
