Enough people prefer not to be in charge, and they like to leave decisions to others, but being a leader doesn’t have to mean to dominate others. A good leader is more like a guide, I would say. And people do look for guidance.’ ‘That’s something we can include, an outline for non-dominant, non-violent and non-exploitative leadership.’ We nodded. ‘To conclude, all we did to uproot our seeds of war in our minds and to come together was to be in a desperate situation, go on a perilous journey, have an honest meltdown about being enemies, decide that exploring how to end all wars is more important than our grievances, find a paradise island and work together towards a common goal.
