I know. I do think he is feeling his mortality and I think that is bad news for the rest of us. (Not his mortality, his increasing awareness of it). I don't think he wants to envision a world going on without him in it

He's also the one who approached Al Green and tried to tear the sign out of his hands at the SOTU.

There's an American Sign Museum in Cincinnati, Ohio, which is wonderful. These signs could go there or Chicago could start its own.

So I was told anyone who voted Republican in the primary can vote in the run-off as well as anyone who didn't vote in the primary. It seems an opportunity to get a lot of independents or Democrats registered to vote against Paxton.

If Donald Trump can be President, nothing is off limits.

I can't wait until Cruz is gone.

So if there is a run-off does everyone get to vote in it? Do you have to have voted Republican in the primary? How would they check for that? Can you vote in a run-off if you didn't vote in the primary. Can dems vote in a run-off?

I was watching Rachel and Laurence asked if both republicans and democrats were affected by this the the reasoning was complicated but it was just the democrats.

they are testing what they can get away with. But if you are responding to someone thinking Crockett can't win Texas (I don't live there) why would Paxton interfere with her getting the nomination? It doesn't make complete sense for this current election. Unless she could win the election.

Well they are younger aren’t they?

Well good for the young man. And I'm sure the doubled salary job would have been brief.

I think Massie is genuinely dismayed by the Epstein File Saga. I don't know what Greene is doing. Massie's wife died, he has a new wife--his life has changed pretty radically in the past few years. He might be changing with it.

He is a saddist. Which is why I believe the worst things about him in the Epstein files.

Especially now. After the bombing of Iran.

I would really like advice on how to get it off my phone. It inserted itself without me wanting it and I can't get it to go away. I-phone.

they should have invited the male hockey players who didn't show up for the frat boy party at the SOTU

Pick an independent outlet & support them. Sharing the work is also helpful for any independent outlet. @democracydocket.com @liberalcurrents.com @mississippifreepress.org @404media.co - there are so many amazing outlets - a list too long (we'd love your support too) www.damemagazine.com/membership/

I just think in general fellow Democrats and the DNC should stay away from primaries. Let the people decide. That's what a primary is.

Well we didn't know it was Mark Felt until the last decade right?

She wasn't even named in the files.

Well I hope some of the fired ones become whistle blowers.

I so wish she could have been President in 2016. Our world would be so much different.

why would we care? Maybe do an investigative report on the files. Not going to read this.

Acosta needs to be thoroughly investigated.

This essentially makes any appropriations package that Dems agree to vote for utterly worthless. How can any Dem vote for any appropriation as part of negotiations when JD Vance will just grab the money if it’s going to a blue state? bsky.app/profile/atru...

They are grown-ups. They have agency. I'm sorry they made these choices and maybe there will be consequences and maybe not. But most people acquiesce to being used.

Yes. That's clear. You are a disrupter. And a Trump supporter one way or the other. Your dissatisfaction with any Dem is going to be pervasive. I look for the helpers. I don't think you are one.
