One of the things that I LOVED when moving to this country about a decade ago from a country with far less regulation was how we trusted things to just _work_. That feeling was taken for granted by folks who grew up here. And now it's gone. Welcome to what the first half of my life felt like.

I like don’t even know how PIs are supposed to tell what “gender ideology” is. It feels like the safest thing is to not do anything project related. I’m worried about all the GAs on these grants.

So I’ve been obsessed with this mini game in Dave the Diver where you play cards “against” these silly clown versions of NPCs…. Only to find out it’s the very same Balatro everyone’s been obsessing about this whole time. Lol!!

Also I kind of wish all this nonsense on our reality had the complexity of the funky race theory in it. That was entertaining.
