is that good

Ridiculous!
Ain't no law up there anyway
This whole movement in Minnesota has been easier said than done but we still did it and are doing it! How are you going to say things like this with a straight face to people who have spent months running toward danger, facing down men with guns, and being assaulted by federal agents?
Hey @ grok. What are some based ways I can slash the budget

RESIDENTS PRIORITIZED RENT At the outset, a few alarms went off. βThe first report was not so great,β Schwartz said. βCollection levels were lower than I expected [at 69.2 percent]. It quickly became alarming info that was flashing across the bottom of the CNN telecast. But it turned out to be more of an aberration because the first day of the month that month fell on a Sunday. [NMHC] adjusted how we defined the rent payment due date and what was considered βlateβ for renters and the collection percentages improved [to 78.0 percent] from there.β βAs we moved along with the survey, the proverbial βshoeβ never dropped,β Zrimsek added. βThe cliff never came.β For Jay Parsons, vice president, head of economics and industry principal at RealPage, the big surprise in the data was βthe resilience of apartment renters. While a small share did indeed struggle and that warrants attention, the good news is the vast majority of renters were able and willing to pay the rent.β βDelinquency could have been much worse with the magnitude of job loss early in the pandemic,β said Laurie Baker, COO at Camden Property Trust.
Landlords benefitted from the enhanced unemployment benefits enacted in the CARES Act, because tenants used it to pay rent, the emergency rental assistance in the ARP, plus the CARES Act loan programs
In the landlords' own words: "the proverbial βshoeβ never dropped . . . The cliff never came"

Thank you so much for this honor! All thanks to the wonderful organizers in Philly who let me document these struggles and approach to educational justice in the city!

You laughed at these men, who's laughing now?

They aren't helping ICE if they don't*personally* cuff abductees
They can be 'keep the peace' with crowd control but not ICE control

Dear Mr. President,
There are too many Tims nowaways, please eliminate three. I am not a crackpot.
What a great story. For years, weβve taken out of town guests to Manciniβs because itβs a quick way to get a feel for Real Saint Paul (and have some great food and cocktails).
Neighbors and friends matter here.

If Iβm getting it right watching this Council meeting. MPD wants ~$40M for a cop training facility. But over the last couple weeks moderates have handwrung about $1M in rental aid and $7M in business aid?
MPD was $20M over budget last year? And theyβve been MIA protecting us? I got all that right?
Nonprofit developers also opposed advocacy efforts to include enactment of a statewide eviction moratorium to the Homes for All coalition state legislative agenda.
And they were successfulβit's not on the agenda: homesforallmn.org/h4a-2025-age...

Correct. Very close to finding a combo tv/dvd/vhs player
Who has the momentum?
They got up there and without any evidence said extending the pre-notice would make things worse for tenants. That's simply not true. If you say you can't make the finances work that's one thing, but there is no world where an extra month of rent debt is worst than an UD and homelessness

I'm jokerfying in real time listening to this hearing
