It's ~gestures to everything ~ probably?
That's me for a week every fall, but the spring one doesn't bothered me at all? I'm the same way with traveling across time zones. Going east I'm fine; going west I'm a wreck.
Oh I wear a women's size 9! But I was a size 5 when I was 10.
If I had my little way, I'd eat peaches every day!
Bodies are such a scam!!!
I did a running and a camera crew was filming something at the stone ruins next to the water tower (it's a pretty spot!). Maybe a commercial?
Nice
The ticket description says "Ron is doing his best but we need to either fix the email server or give Ron a faster car"๐
A list of fake jira tickets for a fake project. They are, in order from top down: *Investigate why the quarterly report PDF is 4 million pages long *Entire production environment is frightened of the number 7 *The "forgot password" email is now being delivered by a man named Ron *The loading spinner has started spinning in the wrong direction *Legally rename all buttons to "the big clickable button" *The website turns into a jpeg of Nicolas Cage every Tuesday at 3 pm *Migrate database from PostgreSQL to a sentient flock of Geese
Someone on my team is using the jira sandbox to test various prioritization plugins and the list of tickets they created is cracking me up.
The giving tree
Clusters of tiny wild ceanothus flowers that are pale periwinkle.
We have a lot of wild ones that are white or very pale purple that is almost white!
The flowers smell really good? I've never gotten vinyl car seat from them.
Large ploof of blueish purple ceanothus flowers. A pale cream spider with a large abdomen crouches inside.
If you live in California and you want ALL of the native bees to hang out in your yard, may I recommend planting ceanothus? I can count at least a dozen different kinds on our shrubs right now. Plus other critters hang out hoping for a meal!
One of the feral cat clowder that uses our yard as a toilet has deliberately climbed up into the new dirt in one of our wine barrel planters to poop in it THREE times despite all of the sticks and branches I put on it to discourage that behavior.
It's a very cute baby! 8 months old, just starting to wave.
My coworker asked if I want to say hi to the baby and here is the thing: I always want to say hi to the baby.
Purple blue wood hyacinth just starting to open. The flowers are bell shaped and have a line down the center of each petal.
Wood hyacinth is just beginning!
I wrote my March Sadness essay about "November Rain" and (I'm sorry) Hamlet. Paid the author photo tax at the end like a champ. Please read and vote! marchxness.com#/1stround-gn...
No! No!!!!!
Yeah, I'm comfortable tiling so that's what we'll do with our next flooring replacement, and likely will use tile that looks like wood, but I'd love to do wood piece work someday.
I have this fantasy of doing a really cool end wood piece work situation but I don't have the skill or knowledge to do it well.
I have had it both ways! In France, even!
Luckily our town has lots of free range kids, I think much more so than other places. It's normal for kids to hang out at the parks near their homes without parent supervision.
Yeah this might be the way to go. We will look into options!

Pupdate: he left the park at the time we requested and just got home. ๐ฅฐ
Right but this is for an 8 year old who definitely doesn't need a phone but does need a way to contact us if he is out riding his bike unaccompanied.
Yeah our phones are android so the recs from local friends who have given smart watches to their kids aren't useful. Good to know about just getting regular ones.
That being said, if you have a recommendation for some kind of smart watch he can use to text us that's compatible with non iPhone phones, I'd love to hear about it.
