Same in my household. My daughter is a huge fan, we watch together and from what she tells me some folks have waaaayyyyy too much time on their hands.

That being said I have no doubt what you’re saying is true. We feel fortunate to be able to do what our daughter needs though I know we’re definitely more the exception than the rule
I definitely don’t deny that. We tried like hell for 2 years to get our daughter on an IEP and got zero support from the district. Believe me our lives would have been easier if we’d been able to make that work. I’m just sensitive to the homeschool situation being painted with a broad brush
Not always. Our local school district refused to provide the support our neurodivergent child desperately needed. We had a choice to watch her struggle or sacrifice our own lives to do it better. She’s now a junior in HS taking college courses and does better academically than many of her peers.

Very much so! It was big and cosmic yet somehow felt a bit smaller scale and “grounded”. I dug it! Cast was terrific too
