This is what the theater has done, what the producer and tech director are still actively running from, and what I was expected to keep quiet and secret from the cast, crew, and public by the rest of the production team.
At this point I'm blocking you, you stole my hard work on Twitter and you're trying to take engagement on here. There is nothing that you've said or done that has changed my mind on the matter, especially after the harassment I received after I left
I'm also aware that she wasn't invited by the theater by you and initial responses by the usher team were very hostile. Please don't pretend that reacting to circumstances is the same as proactive change
Watching the Firebird Theatre pretend that everything is fine and business as usual as they're crumbling from the inside and there is public, documented ableism that they'll only publicly address in reaction and once their show run is over is actually physically revolting
You sure would like to say that, but you can't honestly. I left, you're not. The only action that was being taken was being taken by myself, Agatha. I had to literally beg for anyone else to give it the time of day as the only priority anyone else put effort into was the show
There might be one more post on the twitter that sounds like me. I scheduled a fun fact post and never unscheduled it when I thought I kept it from them. I am their former social media manager and as of the night of 5/26 I no longer am associated with their irresponsibility and cruelty
I am so sorry to everyone. I thought I was helping promote accessibility in theater. I thought I was doing good.
After the ableism I saw from those in charge, I wish all I genuinely believed before about this theater was true. It's not. And I'm sorry for misleading you all.
Apologies to all those looking forward to the showing tonight, there were emergency issues regarding our crew and we had to cancel our show this evening.
We are still planning on our show tomorrow at the regular time, and we hope to see you all then!
I've been informed that people have already started lining up at the theatre for tonight's show.
Guys it's just shy of 6 hours from now, I love the enthusiasm, but holy hell...
Oh wow, happy birthday!
This is such a cute style on you, and I'm in LOVE with the boots!
Another weekend means more shows! We're so excited to share FOUR more performances with our live audiences and streamers!
People who com to our shows like to dress up mice, like they're going to live theater irl. This was my first theater glam from last year. Lemme see yours!
Mind you this is on top of our youtube page having recordings of all our previous shows. They may not be "live", per se, but you can still enjoy our productions as streams would experience them YEARS later!
Check out Much Ado, Earnest, and Starlight Story!

The Firebird Theatre promotes accessibility in stagecraft. But it's more than disability, like my case, it's location as well.
For those who cannot get to NA data servers or wouldn't be awake during our performances, we have streams on youtube and twitch!

(Fr tho talk to me and I will absolutely have a conversation on the history and circumstances of spiritualism, the friendship-turned-feudship between Houdini and Doyle, and the entire Piltdown Man paleoanthropological mess, there is NOTHING about this that doesn't intrigue me)
A spirit photograph of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle with the face of his son, deceased from The Great War, appearing in spectral form alongside him
Fun Fact: Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, author of Sherlock Holmes, was a staunch second-wave spiritualist. He was devout to the point where he destroyed his friendship with illusionist Harry Houdini and is a speculative culprit in the Piltdown Man hoax. He might be upset to know he's remembered for Holmes
Sherlock looks nonplussed at his companion, Watson, who does not share the calm demeanor. Watson is at least mildly panicked, pointing at a portrait hanging behind Sherlock's desk, which features a stately Ala Mhigan man and an enigmatic woman, Irene Adler
A mysterious foreigner enlists the aid of world-renowned detective Sherlock Holmes and his partner Dr. John Watson. The job: track down actress Irene Adler and recover scandalous photos. But with the future of Ala Mhigo at stake, itβs a race against Althykβ¦ and all is not elementary as it may seem!
