We watched La Grande Illusion a couple of day ago... so so good. a movie of all times for sure

The bird has been PERCEIVED it does seem to be a green amazon parrot.... We have acquired birdwatching binoculars soon we will find out MORE

Several people on Tumblr are saying parrot but this guy only has one sound so I doubt it's mimicry and I couldn't find what kind of parrot has natural calls that sound like this... But also I don't know shit so yeah
At first we even thought it was a child goofing around... Anythings possible I guess but from where we are it does sound more bird like !

ID apps have not helped because much because we don't know where those birds are from and the apps usually require localisation info. One is kinda repetitive whistling and maybe a regular pet bird but the other goes UWAAA like a madman all day !!
for weeks now my flatmate and I have been driven mad by the calls of two birds coming from the building across the street and it's not that we're bothered by the noise as much as that we CANNOT seem to identify them !! we've enlisted the help of the local birdwatchers through a friend. stay tuned
