Hard to believe it wasn’t that long ago people were raving about Bubble. Curious what their plan is now that AI’s taken over the spotlight.

Don’t confuse activity with progress.
While everyone’s shouting about MRR and growth hacks,
Shervin Koushan quietly built a SaaS with 200K downloads and $800 MRR.
No viral launch. Just weekly shipping, smart listens, and a YouTuber boost.
His story’s a reminder: quiet momentum still works.

When folks use quotation marks, AI will use the correct open / closed quotation marks aka “this”, instead of the default "this".
The three dot ellipsis will be the actual "…" instead of three individual periods "..." which are wider.
Oh, and starting off a statement with absolutely.
Imagine blaming tourists instead of the government that allows mass property buying for Airbnb rentals.
Why isn't there a ChatGPT for stock research? That question led Huzaifa Zahoor to build Meyka AI.
It’s already helping 3,000 people each month make smarter investing decisions, without needing a finance degree.

Heck yeah.
I love building cool stuff as much as the next person, but sometimes you just need to frolic.
Don't forget to frolic.
Curious to see what model was the most popular over the weekend. Though given that Anthropic is consistently rate limited, I think they'll be the LLM of choice.
B2C founders: you don’t need to pivot to add B2B.
Coursera kept its B2C site.
They added a new section for businesses.
Tailored the messaging.
Now B2B brings in $136M a year.
Simple, smart expansion.
It’s Friday night, so naturally I’m thinking about how we all try to grow by piling on more.
More content.
More tools.
More features.
The pros do the opposite.
They simplify.
Then scale.
Less noise = more traction.
Anyway, have a great weekend everyone.
You're going to fail terribly.
Sorry, channeling my physical education teacher there.
You'll smash it Thomas.

Lightning fast! What tech stack did you use?
Don’t aim for “viral.”
Aim for clear.
The clearer you are, the more people show up.
Having said that, the posts on Notes that seem to do best are subscribe for subscribe posts, so you could always try that. 😅
I'll be honest, like most platforms, the algorithm keeps things pretty secret, so I can't be 100% sure. I only shared how grateful I am for having a small number of subscribers.
I wrote it more for my followers than gaining traction. Maybe the algorithm likes authentic posts.
Just a heads up: If you're on Substack and want to boost your growth, try using Notes. I was pretty skeptical when they added the feature, but after being a bit more active there, my follower count has jumped 25% in just 48 hours.
Most startup advice is written like you’ve already made it.
Here’s some for when you're broke, tired, and unsure:
– Sell before you build
– Focus on cashflow
– Stay small, stay alive
I know you posted this this morning, but is this a pint? lol

RIP in peace 🥲
Insane man. I've always thought of doing something similar for We Are Founders. Do you spend much time moderating?
Who's generating at least 2.5k MRR and wants some free publicity? I'd like to feature you and your work if you're building something:
- Neat
- Sick
- Slay
- All of the above
DMs are open!
Hell yeah, Luna.

B2B SaaS growth formula:
– Pick a boring industry
– Solve an unsexy problem
– Charge annually
– Send invoices
– Sleep well
Agreed. And from a young age too. It's something the parents and schools should be tackling as a united front.
