I'm Alexandra 🌺 3D Artist at Sparkypants working on Mind Over Magic, a colony sim where you can build and optimize your own magical academy. 🧙🐺💎✨

This year started a little bleak. Things happened and stress and anxiety where the first emotions I felt coming back from holidays. But that helped me realize that my heart is in Concept Art and not so much in 3D for games. So this year my objective is to become a better concept artist. ⭐💀

This concept landed me a full time position as the concept artist in the studio and It was one of the last concepts I would do, after that I started doing 3D props and environments.

Here I tried mixing photo bash and 3D models, the lighting is all over the place 😅

This one is not that bad...🤔

This concepts are some of my first attempts of photo bashing. They gave me a chuckle.😅

This where the first concepts I got paid for. The project was a VR game of the player exploring old ruins of Calakmul, Mexico.

In 2017 was the year I started working in the gaming industry as a Concept Artist. So I'll be posting some of my old work just to have it on record and to be inspired an reminded about why I what to be a better artist.

Posting some rough concept art of some ships I helped design back in the day :3

With the "Diamond Paw" Ship, I was responsible for modeling and texturing it. The original design is from Raul Gallegos.

Some environmental props I did for Astro Dogs.
This are part of the evil organization Woofer. This installation is used to power the main enemies in the game.

You can see that it has a little bit of inspiration from the X wing from Star Wars, it was a personal request form the main director of the game. 😅
