I LOVE THIS GAME WITH A BURNING PASSION IT'S JUST SO COOL

I should have posted this on the 20 year anniversary, but I have this prized illustration that Pixel drew for me when I met him before hours at PAX East 2014. He was so nice, and was excited to talk about the game.

He asked me who my favorite character was, so he drew Quote for me.

I wish I found out about Cave Story sooner but I never regretted playing it. I am so in love with this game and its community. The creations that they put on in this game (i.e fangames, fanarts, etc) is so fascinating to me

I was a huge fan of TapL at the time that I started developing his playstyle in Minecraft, his controls, his keybinds and so on

I was even inspired by his character that I made my :v (inspired by TapL)
