What's it called when people in positions of power stand to benefit from the proliferation of something, but everyone else has almost entirely negative consequences?

I see my peers in design and art agonizing over our AI-driven world, but I think something wonderful is going to emerge as a result of Generative AI.

I'm trying to be optimistic about *that* rather than lament the loss of what we had.

I love how much literature from the 1800s was basically 'I'm rich and feel emotional, let me write about how hard it is to be this way.'

Being able to see who viewed my profile is not a good LinkedIn Premium Feature. Excellent. I get to see 20 people who saw my profile and decided that I was NOT worthy of a message or connection.

Absolutely devastating blow to my self esteem. No thanks. Just one more horror to keep me up at night.
