1. Create a Mask then a sphere for Values reference

2. Set a base Gradient Map (Local, Shade, HLight, Spec)

3. Lasso Select a Shape then add a HSL Adjustment Layer

4. Each Shape/Color of the char have an HSL ๐Ÿคฏ

5. You have a good base for painting and it's very easy to create color variations

First sprite is a fox wearing a sword and shield in a default standing idle pose.
Second sprite is sit a fox reading what appears to be a manual and is scratching his head. Some gears are there to put some emphasis on the thinking part of the sprite. His left eye is closed.
Third sprite is a sit fox looking at a manual while raising is hand to its chin. A question mark appears at the top of his head, questioning himself on what he is reading.
Fourth sprite is a sit fox sleeping. He appears to have fallen asleep reading the manual. His head is tilted back and a snoring bubble coming out of his nose, the letters "zzz" are written above his head.

Enjoyed @finjico.bsky.social's TUNIC a lot. The fox's design inspired me to make some sprites. :)

Before rewriting enemies' AI in Nth time I'm adding KFC "Kung Fu Circle" feature in Zabu.
Most of beatemup games have such feature to make crowd attack players in ordered and nice way ))
Some kinds of enemies usually spit on such shit (bosses. projectiles, etc).

I revisited old reads on KU. I found the Zoey Draven Dakkar-something Horde series that I read back in 2022 (4th book is my fav).
I was trying to design the horse like creature.
I want to have a crossbreed between horse/Rhino/reptile.

I still need to work on it. Slowly getting there.
