The good: Skytrain stops from VCC/Clark East to Arbutus. No more crowding on the 99 bus & with a change at Cambie/City Hall, you’ll be able to easily get to YVR airport or if no change as far East as Coquitlam! The bad: Tons of huge high rise towers like in Yaletown and a crush of development.
