The second easiest chicken breast recipe is this: dump in a big ziploc bag
-couple TB of mustard (any kind)
-handful dried aromatic herb (tarragon? basil? rosemary?)
-big glug of neutral oil

Seal the bag, massage everything together, leave in the fridge 2-24 hrs.
Bake or grill the chicken. Enjoy!

The easy-peasy-est meatloaf, of course, is an envelope of dry onion soup mix, crumbs and an egg.
