Target lock still works better for many cases as in the last clip of the video, but for cluster enemies free aim may be preferred for many ppl. Still getting used to free aim as I have used target lock for many years :P
Thanks for the feedback!
- Removed a lot of scannables for better gameplay flow
- Crouch is now in move input instead of dedicated button
- Enemy replacement in the Neera Archives
- Ledgegrab does not need holding a button anymore
And many other minor tweaks.
We made some changes according to demo feedback.
Updates:
- FREE AIM!+crosshair for better clarity
- Scanning is faster and better color coding ( still needs some visual and sfx tweaking)
- Target lock picks the closest one to the crosshair

Yes, I can definately see that. We only have one 3d-modeller and we try to repurpose models as much as possible or kit bash new ones. Sometimes I wish we could clone us couple times so we could make this game everything we want it to be :)

Thanks for Playing :) We have made some of adjustments to the obstacle course. For example there will be less crawlers in the beginning.

First you drop down to a new area called Underground Depths. Right after there is a save point and you face a new enemy. Project name for the enemy is "blopshooter" :)

Scanner and target lock have been most commented/critiqued.
So we try to add some QoL improvements to them. We are testing free aim. It may work in general gameplay but not so well during bosses.
