The viewer's grandkids would get really anxious a billion episodes from now.
At GAMA one thing I'm glad I did - took photos of the presentations and sent them to the speaker(s). Most sessions weren't recorded and so presenters wouldn't have an artifact of them speaking.
Just saying - attend a panel/seminar/talk? Take a few snaps and share them back. Folks appreciate it.

A text message saying "It's super effective!", from Pokรฉmon Blue/Red.
Toguska, from Ska Alone Complex
Dune my thing in Arrakis
Here, hear it from the man himself.
I agree, that is a fantastic suggestion for designers who don't know where to start. Having a system to tinker with is a lot friendlier to start with than a blank page/game.
However, Carlo was asking for tips on what to once the designer has got the ball rolling!
Is that Bakalar's dad?
I don't have any current courses to recommend, sorry!

Met a cutie at the local boardgame meetup.
I didn't go look for any of this information or kept up with his channel. I just come across the videos while looking for gear I am interested in.
Still, I'm happy for them!
Parasocial relationships are interesting. This photography youtuber doesnโt talk about his personal life but just from the photo examples in his video reviews over the years Iโve seen him fall in love, get married and have two kids.
It's like finding a ROM collection from a console you had never heard about.
I've been revisiting Dark Souls and it has been a blast up until New Londo Ruins.
Ghosts can kill you through walls from any direction, without telegraphing. You have to be cursed or constantly using items in order to deal any damage and there is no bonfire.
Miserable.
New character DLC?
You done bidoof'd!
Great work, Denman! Looking forward to see the full piece, but I'm already happy to see a game I worked on made it in! ๐
What a great initiative! Irish game developers deserve more love.
Happy to see a character from a game I got to work on (Guild of Dungeoneering by @gambrinous.com) playing hurling with @necrosoftgames.com and @paleopines.bsky.social.
Art by the awesome @denmanrooke.com !

turns out it's expensive to make a Yakuza game from scratch when you're at a new company and don't have access to all the old assets anymore, huh
