Every high street in the UK has been padded with retailers of unregulated, mass made devices with incredibly flammable batteries.

The misinformation around what happened has been insane. There was a YouTube video that went up before the fire even spread around the corner claiming the station had been destroyed.

It got 4k views in 40 minutes 🫠.

I'm aware I'm probably ranting into a void here but I just had to get it out.

I feel like a fire inside of me has died out. Sometimes I feel little sparks of hope or joy that might reignite that passion I once had. However they are quickly snuffed out after hearing any headlines or being subjected to idiots who get their opinions from Elon's twitter bots.

How do you all still find the time and energy for your passions? Because at the end of every day I'm just exhausted and can't face anything. I promise I don't even doomscroll to get me in that mood either.

But of course we cannot disrupt the spreadsheets or the KPI's because then the world really would end.

I don't mean to be so doom and gloom on a Monday morning - but I genuinely need to know how people just plod along with life, ignorant to everything going on in the world.

I'm on the verge of a full blown crash out because every day because it's just one fucking thing after another.
