- Create a new court (complying w/ 6A jury vicinage)
- Give it jurisdiction over defined category of crimes
- Also create dedicated prosecutors for the same
- Strip SCOTUS of appellate jurisdiction

It can be done.

There are approximately 3 million undocumented persons in Texas and Florida, and there are about 100,000 in Minnesota. Ask yourself why ICE has been deployed to MN, but not even close to the same way in FL and TX. This isn't about immigration, it is all about politics and retribution.

Sorry but it’s been tried for years. Democrats need to take a page from republicans and get very aggressive. Most republican states take more money from the federal government than they pay. They’re failed welfare states and need to be called out for it. Btw those are the loudest republicans
