Update: Thanks to you all for helping us spread the word, we were able to secure the fuel we needed and avoid any potential damage to the building. The nearly 50 animals who were evacuated yesterday arrived safely at our other shelters. β€οΈ 1/
Two vans (one is light blue, the other is navy) parked in front of a red, gray, and tan building. There are piles of snow on the ground. "MSPCA" is printed on both vans.
Anyone ready to welcome a pet, please consider adopting from one of our other locations in the coming days to help create space across our system.
Weβll continue to provide updates as we can. Thank you for being part of our community and for helping us ensure the animals in our care remain safe β€οΈ

The animals will be safe at our other shelters but the Cape shelter may be damaged if we canβt keep the generator running. If youβre part of a fuel delivery company or have commercial access to fuel, please contact mkeiley@mspca.org. We canβt accept individual gasoline drop-offs due to safety 2/
