I was coasting on sertraline and bupropion for a while, with meh results. The “I mean, you could just jump” thoughts were barely background static, but still there enough to notice. Being off of everything for six months has been…not ideal.

Had a decent first visit with a new psych Saturday (after five years) and got new scrips for head pills. Now I get to go through the pushing-my-brain-through-pudding phase of adapting to new chemistry.

Junk Peddler and Home Girl sounds like the name of a band that would have one album release, a really popular six month local tour, and promptly dissolve to reform with the same members under a new name with a new passion project.

It’s be fair to call it half-and-half. Between seeing your cooking threads and it also showing up in a New Mexico cookbook I ended up with at a work Christmas party, I finally just went “fuck it, we’re doing this”.

I ended up, by coincidence, throwing adovada on our menu this weekend and cooking it for the first time last night. Not perfect but still fuckin’ tasty.
