If there will ever be any more Baby Assassins, I think it's gonna take a while. Wouldn't rule it out, though. They love returning franchises just as much as anyone else.

Not as far as I know. And they're all extremely busy. Sakamoto has his new show running and I think he is already filming something new. Akari Takaishi is doing the morning drama on NHK (and did A LOT ot movies before that) and Saori Izawa does stuff (just had her first photo book released).

Crazy what direction the Baby Assassins manga took. Started out with just copying the show with some extra stuff and now, nearing the end of the first story arc everything is just completely different and it does stuff... well, I wished it was in the show...
