haha maybe wishing I was there in both time and place!
it’s cold and the days are short which means I’m spending time wishing I was here

Functional medicine is awesome but too expensive & inaccessible. What’s great is that Dr. Robin Berzin is solving this problem at scale with Parsely Health, which offers insurance company coverage of her membership model. I wanted to know more, and she delivered. Enjoy!

looks so good!
cheers to a cozy Saturday bluesky fam
Today’s run in the cold rain wasn’t fun. But it was a reminder that we can do hard things.
Work from home Fridays aka constant flow of coffee and zoom calls in my boxers til noon
You can swap garmin to target heart rate instead of pace! But i hear you and do the same
I’m about 50/50, living in NYC sometimes I need to drown out the cars lol
I work in an office 12 hours a day - they stock the place full of ultra-processed sugars and fats to keep people going and most people just gobble it down and sit in their chair. Have to emphasize fundamental health habits early otherwise we are destined to continue failing.
Rest day today so I replaced my run with a bit of a walk to get outside. Amazing the things you notice when you slow down and take your airpods out.
Excellent article, completely agree that scapegoating one ingredient has and will continue to get in the way of real progress.
Bragging about working 80 hours per week is akin to bragging that you run 100 miles per week.
It tells us nothing except that you can spend a lot of time doing an activity. That takes dedication. But...
What matters more is what happens on race day or in your meaningful work.
i hear you, maybe just give engaging in the community another shot. find a few more folks to follow - it’s all a journey.
feel like the community is growing, you just have to pick your spots and try to build out a community. patience
